No trade minimum requirements or maximum restrictions |
|
|
|

Unlike online
margin trading accounts that require you to maintain a
minimum balance of $25,000 in order to access
pattern
day trading capabilities, through
sub-contractor trading, traders are drawing on
supplemental leverage provided by our affiliate capital
groups and thus are able to actively trade on an
intraday basis with as little as $5,000.
Additionally, sub-contractor accounts carry no minimum
trading requirements, so you're free to trade as much or
as little as you like. |

without a Series 7 license |
|
Based on the
structure of the sub-contractor / client relationship,
individual traders are not required to maintain any
securities licensing to access supplemental leverage
and trade via sub-contractor accounts. Through the
use of limited trading authorizations, traders are granted
access to accounts managed by our affiliate private
capital groups and receive a Form 1099 at year end for tax
purposes (International residents receive a W-8 BEN form
rather than 1099 at year-end). |

your instructions within1 to 2 business days (3 to 5 days
